ERCHA Membership is $25 per year, September 1 (or date you join) through August 31. Registration for the new school year begins August 1; payments received or postmarked before midnight on August 31st will receive a $5 (five dollar) "early bird" discount. Dues will not be pro-rated.

ERCHA is a volunteer organization. Participation is welcomed and expected in the group by both parents and children. As the number of people who join in and participates increases, so will the strength of the group. From the list below, please choose the general area(s) for which you or a family member can volunteer. Upon receipt of your membership form and dues, you will be sent a welcome letter and link to our expanded volunteer form via email. We will ask that you select at least two specific activities from that list.

  • Monthly Meetings (setup; cleanup; hospitality; teen activites; child activities);
